A little about the new owner:
Samantha was born and raised in Sacramento, and grew up helping her parents run their pizza restaurants, Giovannis. She moved to Santa Cruz, for her bachelor’s degree in psychology. After Santa Cruz, Sam moved to San Francisco and attended San Francisco Cooking School, with a focus in pastry arts. She worked in one of the first farm to table restaurants and a San Francisco landmark, Nopa, creating everything from fresh flatbread to home-made ice cream. After leaving Nopa, she moved to a restaurant called Mourad, which is recognized as being one of the best fine dining restaurants in the world, and was awarded a Michelin Star.
Samantha is very excited to serve up some very special fresh foods for you.
